Soooo, it’s been a while since I’ve had to do any improv involving a random word and making the scene run on it – so imagine my surprise (although I really shouldn’t have been) when i got asked to do improv with a random partner at my callback at Berkeley Digital Film Institute.

One of the biggest things I learned in one of my earlier classes is always say Yes.

You want to run on a scene and have your partner always have something to say. We had two scenarios – one was that we’re both (two female actors) in a Men’s Bathroom. Second is that we’re in a zoo. The first one, my partner looked a bit unsure so I just led the charge and went searching for my boyfriend’s watch while tossing off questions to my partner. The second bit, i pulled my chair next to hers and pretended to be at the aquarium part of the zoo and stared upwards the whole time.

Kinda rusty. But ok. :)

P.S. big shout-out to the nice actor in the lobby who wished me luck ^^

P.P.S. EVEN BIGGER Shout-out to the new season of Entourage. I just caught up and everything from the Shrooms trip to Llyod’s big ghey party and the DEATH of Alan Grey!! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s show ;)
