Gah. I had to slim down. . . rather quickly for the agency audition on Monday. No, I didn’t do anything unhealthy, I just stuck to some basic tips.
1. Oatmeal with a pinch of salt, brown sugar and cinnamon for breakfast EVERY morning.
2. Hot Tea every morning.
3. Fruit salad (fresh! only!) with Fage Greek 2% yogurt and fresh honey for lunch + juice or water.

4. Salad with lean meat (skinless chicken or pork) or stir-fried veggies or tofu for dinner.
5. AVOID: white rice, fried rice, any rice, white bread, pasta, high sodium crappity crap.
Okay, so I realize that read more like a menu. Well it worked for me! (~4 lbs in 3 weeks). Oh and remember to take your daily vitamins too ^^ You’ll find that the fruit/yogurt stuff’ll make your skin glow @.@


Good advice to eating healthy! Don’t forget that you must go to the gym and build some muscle tone/strength (think core exercises) to keep your metabolism up. Plus, making sure your cardio is in top shape helps circulate those vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants around your body. In short, you can’t substitute diet for exercise…they go hand-in-hand.

I haven’t been so good about the exercise, but i’m trading eating more steak in the diet for more cardio etc. sigh!
